She said Corey should present it as Vic and Paul are going up originally but if any of the 4 other than James win veto, then James goes up and out (although N/C wouldn't actually do that but V/P wouldn't find out until eviction day). Corey just doesn't want V and J up and then P pull down V and now N goes up and gives V/P temptation to put her out. However, Nic and Corey have terrible communication skills between themselves, I don't know if they just don't fully listen to each other or what, but half of their fights are this exact same miscommunication

It's showing but I think it is a quality that is admired by each other. Corey plays a much cool collective and nic hyper aware. It took me awhile to grasp all that in last nights activity. But ultimate it is a great balance.

DeleteIf he does, it's purely to be cruel and will hopefully just make him look like more of an asshole than he already is. I don't doubt that his "version" of events will be grossly misrepresented. Nicole is super aware of Vic's jealousy and will not keep that conversation from Corey. I think in the end it will hurt Vic and Nicole's friendship way more than Corey and Nicole's relationship.

DeleteI really think the hestitation to have the serious convos on both of their parts stems from insecurity of what will happen on the outside. Neither wants to be hurt, so neither wants to chance the other saying it isnt going to happen. So they avoid the conversations. Corey attempts to gauge what Nicole is thinking at times, but she always seems to blow off the convos....she needs to just tell him how she really feels as she makes him think maybe she isnt really wanting to continue after the show. She is sabotaging what could be the best thing to ever happen to her...she needs to get a clue and fast.

You can't claim to be mad at the things he's said to nicole your "girl... ride or die" when you know he's saying most of it because you told him you're not looking for anything serious. Basically gave Victor the green light in that hot tub, said in guy code type way. Everyone noticed Victor picked up his flirting with Nic hard after that conversation.

Delete2nd unpopular opinion, but realistic: That kitchen convo gives less hope of a future, he gets annoyed that she's getting 'weird' about visiting him because they have a different perspective post future. He wants it to be not a big deal between them (anyone remember the convo in he hot tub where he got annoyed Nic saying they weren't going to talk for a week after the show) and she's thinking there's a possibility of something more than a casual friendship (see how she mentions having met his friends). The eye roll in that conversation said a lot.

I think that convo showed Nic's insecurity about the future. I believe she worries that once out, Corey will have other options and quickly forget about her. His response showed me that he has no intention of forgetting about her and he cannot understand why she would think their closeness would be different on the outside. He looked at her and said "Awkward, between US???" Like how could you say something like that. I dont think she realizes how deep he is really feeling. She feels like he is so great looking and such a great guy that she cannot possibly win his heart when he has other options...my thoughts anyway.

DeleteEveryone needs to remember that unlike Corey - Nicole actually has experience with this. And she knows that relationships are different once out of this house. She was so close to Christine in the house and now she says they barely talk. Corey doesn't have previous experience in the transition from house relationship to real world relationship so he doesn't even understand it may be weird.

ReplyDeleteIn the early morning hours of 10th. They have a convo about salaries and what they want to do "job" wise after the show. It was a real life convo. They talked salaries, student loans, career goals, etc.
ReplyDeleteIt was not necessarily matching them up to be together but just more exploration of how their lives might look.
At one point, nic says she would like be a travel nurse. (perhaps in Dallas???)
And then a steamy cuddle sesh.
Ugh! I am just so tired of these two dancing around their feelings! I just cannot wait for one of them to put themselves out there--it's getting painful to watch! Part of me wishes they will make it to final two just so they have the illusion of being "alone"--maybe they will finally talk about it. I have never seen a relationship like this before in Big Brother. Pretty much every other couple I have seen was able to admit their feelings and solidify themselves way before getting out of the house! Don't get me wrong, I love these two, but this is killing me! I also don't really understand why Nicole would have gotten physical before solidifying something. She seems like she is so smart about relationships--but she deserves respect--and I don't think Corey would have been put off by her saying if we are going to do this we have to be exclusive. Even if it was only for during inside the house, I title would have made me feel like at least I was being respected.
